What am I allowed to eat doing the reset?

  • For optimal results, we recommend a 70% "live" food diet that consists of uncooked fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and raw nuts and seeds, and also 30% cooked plant-based foods—distilled or spring water, herbal teas & cold-pressed juice or vegetables.  

How to prepare mentally? 

The 20 Day Total Body Reset will help you become more disciplined. Herbal Blessings recommends that you document your 20-day process through journaling. In your journal, write your goals, your intentions, and "whys" for initially starting this 20-day total body reset. Document your process daily.

We do not recommend "pigging out" 24 hours before you begin the 20 Day Total Body Reset. 

Weight loss is not my goal. What will this do for me?

The body will release waste and toxins, which may result in minor weight loss. Results may vary.  

I work full time. Will this 20 Day Total Body Reset cause diarrhea?  

The 20 Day Total Body Reset works with the digestive system to help the body release waste and toxins. This system encourages morning bowel movements. One may experience more frequent trips to the restroom if they suffer from constipation.   

Recommended Use:Take five (5) capsules of each blend two (2) - three  (3) hours apart, in the order  in which they are numbered on the bottles.

For a total of 30 capsules should be taken each day for 20 days. 

Recommend taking 2 hours before or after any doctor prescribed medications

Also, we highly recommend taking herbal supplements for 21 consecutive days (3 weeks) and resting your liver for 7 days (1 week). Return to your supplement after the 7 days. 

How do I maximize my results with an Herbal Blessings blend?

Remember this issue you are addressing did not happen overnight, so please be patient with your body. Especially if you are not pooping regularly, your colon is where you absorb nutrients, but it needs to be cleansed for herbal supplements to work best. We would suggest that you continue to use the product for at least 90 days to assess the benefits from taking this supplement. Please note, we follow a plant-based lifestyle and encourage everyone to try a plant-based diet for at least 21 days, you have everything to gain from trying and nothing to lose.
