Saturation of Minerals

We understand that we live in a world full of addictive foods and lifestyle habits. Thanks to our research, expansion of our family and personal trial & error— we have broken some interesting information for you. Please Enjoy!

Did you know that the body is made of minerals? There are 92 elements that occur naturally on Earth. For living things like humans, 11 elements are essential but the average human is not getting their daily dose. Several other elements are termed micro minerals or trace minerals because they are required in much smaller amounts. i Oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, calcium, and phosphorus.
Another five elements make up about 0.85% of the remaining mass: sulfur, potassium, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium.
All of these 11 elements are essential elements.

Normally you absorb most of your nutrients into your bloodstream through the walls of your small intestine as partially digested food works its way through your digestive system.
Your blood then  carries nutrients such as calcium or protein to your bones, muscles, and organs. You are supposed to expel what is leftover through your rectum when you go to the bathroom but constipation can interfere with that process.

Ask yourself a question. Am I full of poop? Over half of the answers will be yes. The truth is if you are full of poop, you will not reach optimal health. infections from bacteria, viruses, or parasites can damage your intestinal wall hindering mineral absorption. As a result, those minerals are flushed through your stool causing mineral deficiencies within the body.

Every illness can almost be traced back to a mineral deficiency and digestive health. It is important to saturate your body with the essential elements aka minerals  and improve your digestive health.
