Smokey Mushroom Slices


 1-2 king trumpet mushrooms (found at your local Asian market)

 1-2 teaspoons ofsmoked sea salt

 1 teaspoon ofsmoked paprika

 ¼ teaspoon of chilli powder (optional)

 ¼ cup of avocado oil 


  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut off the tops. 
  2. Thinly slice the mushrooms the long way, as thin as possible. 
  3. Take a small fork and put holes in each thin mushroom slice, season each piece. 
  4. Sauté them in oil for 4-5 minutes or bake them for 25-30 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes.
