Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 1 cup of cooked broccoli
- ½ cup of raw walnuts.
Directions:
1. Wash sweet potatoes and place them in a baking pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes or until soft.
3. Add broccoli and walnuts to the opened potato and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
