Ingredients: 2 cups of walnuts, soak overnight 4-6 bay leaves 2 tablespoons of the sea or Himalayan salt 3 tablespoons of oregano 3 tbsp basil 1 tbsp. thyme and black peppercorn 4 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) 1 cup of Kalamata olives (optional).  Directions: 1. Ingredients: ¼ cup frozen raspberries ½ cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries 1 cup ice 1 cup of homemade almond milk (1 cup of raw almonds soaked overnight 3 cup of distilled water  Soak the almonds in distilled water overnight. Drain the water from the almonds and discard. Blend the 3 cups of water and almonds until well blended and almost smooth. Strain the blended almond mixture using a cheesecloth or other strainer.  Directions: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
