Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 3 celery full-length sticks
- 3 large chopped carrots
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 3 tsp. Dried rosemary
- 6 bay leaves, crushed
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower
- 3 cups chopped green beans
- 2 tsp. Sea salt or Himalayan salt cracked black peppercorns
- ½ gallon of distilled water
- optional 3 tbsp. Yellow curry powder
- ½ cut unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. ginger powder
Directions:
1. Roughly chop ingredients into small pieces and then add everything into your pressure cooker.
2. Cook for 30 minutes
3. Serve in a bowl with cooked wild rice.
