Summer Bisque w/ flatbread or plant-based crackers

Ingredients:

  • 3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 orange, and 1 yellow)
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp. Lime juice; to taste sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
  • 2 tsp. Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
  • Garnish with cilantro and African bird pepper. 

Directions:

1. Discard the water from the cashews, add all the ingredients to a blender, blend it, and serve up this delicious live bisque.

2. Taste and add more seasonings as needed.
