The Tired Peoples’ Campaign (TTPC) will lead the charge on the recruitment, empowerment and training of health and wellness businesses in Mississippi that intentionally respond to the community’s health and wellness needs. Our anticipated results are building a sustainable ecosystem to provide technical support and access to a marketplace in the historic Farish Street district. The Tired Peoples’ Campaign is racial equity.
The health and wellness spaces are predominately occupied by wealthier members of society, leaving very little room for low-income & women business owners and patrons. We are changing the narrative; we deserve ownership in providing our community with sustainable health and wellness businesses.
