- 1-2 cup(s) spinach
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- ½ cup of cucumbers
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- to taste sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
- 1-2 tbsp. (s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Black peppercorns.
1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Taste and add more seasonings as needed.
