Smokey Mushroom Slices
1-2 king trumpet mushrooms (found at your local Asian market)
1-2 teaspoons of smoked sea salt
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon of chilli powder (optional)
¼ cup of avocado oil
- Wash the mushrooms and cut off the tops.
- Thinly slice the mushrooms the long way, as thin as possible.
- Take a small fork and put holes in each thin mushroom slice, season each piece.
- Sauté them in oil for 4-5 minutes or bake them for 25-30 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes.
