Summer Bisque w/ flatbread or plant-based crackers
- 3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 orange, and 1 yellow)
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tsp. Lime juice; to taste sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
- 2 tsp. Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. Black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
- Garnish with cilantro and African bird pepper.
1. Discard the water from the cashews, add all the ingredients to a blender, blend it, and serve up this delicious live bisque.
2. Taste and add more seasonings as needed.
