- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries,
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup of homemade almond milk (1 cup of raw almonds soaked overnight
- 3 cup of distilled water
- Soak the almonds in distilled water overnight. Drain the water from the almonds and discard. Blend the 3 cups of water and almonds until well blended and almost smooth. Strain the blended almond mixture using a cheesecloth or other strainer.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
