Vegan Pancakes


2 cups Spelt Flour
2 cups Coconut Milk or any nut Milk 

8 tablespoons of Grapeseed oil *

2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract ½ tsp. of almond extract

2 teaspoons of aluminum free baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of  Sea salt


  1. You will need a dry and a wet bowl: Dry bowl- Mix together:  flour, baking powder, sea salt, Wet batter- Mix together: Grapeseed oil, vanilla extract, flax seed meal, almond extract and nut milk. 
  2. Add wet batter to dry batter and mix together. 
  3. Heat your skillet to medium heat and lightly coat it with grapeseed oil. 
  4.  Pour batter into the skillet and let them cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.Ven
