2 cups Spelt Flour
2 cups Coconut Milk or any nut Milk
8 tablespoons of Grapeseed oil *
2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract ½ tsp. of almond extract
2 teaspoons of aluminum free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of Sea salt
- You will need a dry and a wet bowl: Dry bowl- Mix together: flour, baking powder, sea salt, Wet batter- Mix together: Grapeseed oil, vanilla extract, flax seed meal, almond extract and nut milk.
- Add wet batter to dry batter and mix together.
- Heat your skillet to medium heat and lightly coat it with grapeseed oil.
